Synchronizing Your Energy to New Potentials

Posted by Dr. Joe Dispenza on Oct 9, 2020 5:52:53 PM

I always say, when you change your energy, you change your life, but I often wonder—how of many of us actually understand what this means and how we can apply it to create changes in our life?

One of the most important principles we teach in this work is how to create from the field instead of from matter. For a very simple understanding, think of the quantum field as an invisible field of frequency or energy that connects everything physical and material. It is this field of pure energy, which exists beyond our senses, that gives form to this three-dimensional reality.

Pushing Past the Layers

Posted by Dr. Joe Dispenza on Sep 25, 2020 9:58:58 AM

Sometimes in my meditations, I get to what I call the layer. The layer is when you’re reaching, creating, or intending for that new future, event, or possibility, but perhaps your body wants to quit, your mind is reeling with to-do lists, you’re filled with doubt and frustration, or that internal voice questions whether your efforts will actually produce any results. We could call that journey through these layers, that journey through the veils, stepping into the unknown. By pressing on into the discomfort of uncertainty—or breaking out of our body’s familiar biology, neurocircuitry, neurochemistry, genetic propensities, and/or emotional conditioning—we are venturing beyond the known self for a glimpse of the unknown. In a sense, we are asking, “Who am I?”

The Next Level

Posted by Dr. Joe Dispenza on Sep 11, 2020 1:11:29 PM

The quantum model of reality states that the generous present moment is the place where all possibilities exist.

When in meditation, to enter the eternal now (the only place the unknown truly exists) requires us to get beyond our known associations to the various people, objects, things, and places in our life. These external reflections of our environment—in addition to the emotions, and drives of our body—must be overcome in order for us to break free from our conditioned experience of linear time, the totality of which constitutes the known familiar past and predictable future. When achieved, the result creates brain and heart coherence, causing people to relax so deeply into their inner world that they lose track of space and time. In turn, they disassociate from everything familiar in the material 3D world.

Emotions Are Not Your Enemy: Part l

Posted by Dr. Joe Dispenza on Aug 14, 2020 1:12:23 PM

Many people who get involved or embrace this work have the misunderstanding that we shouldn't feel or express emotions, so I wanted to spend a little time and reframe this understanding.

At no point when we experience a sudden loss, shock, setback, trauma, and so forth have I ever said to suppress the corresponding emotions associated with those life events. What I have said is that the stronger the emotion we feel from some event in our outer world, the more altered we feel from our normal resting state of emotional chemical continuity in our inner world. In other words, the more powerful the emotion we experience in our internal environment, the more we pay attention to what is causing it in our external environment. As a result of this person, upset, event, encounter, or experience, it’s so powerful it captures all of our attention, and as it does so, our brain takes a snapshot of that image. That snapshot is called a long-term memory, and so the memory becomes branded as a holographic image in the neural architecture of the brain.

Back to Basics

Posted by Dr. Joe Dispenza on Aug 1, 2020 8:45:49 AM

Whether you're studying music, martial arts, dance, a sport, or anything else that requires you to refine, develop, and/or expand a skill, when you feel stuck or you're progress has plateaued, it’s always a good idea to go back to the basics.

Fundamental to our work is the idea that your personality creates your personal reality, and your personality is made up of how you think, act, and feel. Thus, in order for a person to create a new life and a new reality, they have to change their personality. To transform from the old self to a new self requires us to become conscious of all our unconscious thoughts, automatic behaviors, routines, and emotional reactions that we’ve been conditioned into. To become conscious of any of these unconscious programs is the first initation to change.

Unlocked and Ready to Go

Posted by Dr. Joe Dispenza on Jul 17, 2020 12:33:28 PM

In April, we created an online workshop called InnerMission, followed by GOLOVE-20, followed by U-Inspire-Me. The intent of creating all these free online programs was to not let any of the circumstances in our current environment create additional division. The goal was to unify our community in this unprecedented time of fear and separation. More than 17,000 people from our Week Long and 5-day advanced workshops attended InnerMission, and more than 600,000 people participated in the GOLOVE-20 and U-Inspire-Me programs.

Part II. The Think Box vs. Play Box

Posted by Dr. Joe Dispenza on Jul 2, 2020 8:31:10 AM

At our workshops around the world, we utilize theoretical and philosophical knowledge and information based on the latest scientific research in fields such as quantum physics, neuroscience, neuroendocrinology, psychoneuroimmunology, epigenetics, and electromagnetism. Why? Because all these areas of science point the finger at possibility. We then use that information to build a model of understanding so that students can make sense of what and why we do certain things to create new outcomes in our lives. Knowledge or information on their own are simply philosophies, void of experience.

Part1. The Think Box (3D) vs. Play Box (5D)

Although golf is a competitive sport, every time I step onto the links, it’s not me competing against the other people in my group, it’s me versus myself. To me, the real game of golf is an inner game. What do I mean? When I play golf, I play in two boxes: my think box and my play box.

Have You Been Affected by GOLOV-20?

Posted by Dr. Joe Dispenza on Jun 5, 2020 1:52:37 PM

“Pick a flower on Earth and move the farthest star.”
- Paul Dirac, Physicist

In a time of global crisis where people are forced to live in isolation and separation, where fear has gripped many people and weaken their immune systems, I had the thought: It is impossible to quarantine love. And what is love? It’s the intangible, ineffable, non-local, transcendent engine of connection that bridges our humanity with our divinity. So with the idea of spreading and amplifying the frequency of love around the world, we created the GOLOV-20 campaign.
